Great for Mixed-age family nights: children from 8 can play with parents and grandparents

Think twice if You want Pictionary-style guessing: here nobody guesses, you compare drawings

How we rate it

Learning curve. Read a question, draw an answer, compare. Children of 8 can follow it after one round, so it sits at 1 on our scale with UNO.

Luck & skill. You can't control what others draw, but thinking of an answer nobody else will choose, and knowing when to risk a Double It token, is a real skill.

Interaction. Everyone draws at the same time, then the whole table compares drawings and decides which ones count as the same answer.

Set-up. Hand out pencils and drawing sheets, shuffle the question cards and put the timer and tokens in the middle.

Reading. One short English question per round, read aloud; answers are drawn, not written.

Learning curve: 1 = UNO or Connect 4; 3 = Catan; 5 = a heavy strategy game. These describe the experience, not an overall score.

Is Quick Draw right for you?

Great if

  • Mixed-age family nights: children from 8 can play with parents and grandparents
  • Groups of five to eight, where matching answers start to happen and the debates get funnier
  • Children who like doodling, since a rough sketch is enough and nobody guesses against a clock
  • A gift for a family that enjoys drawing games

Skip it if

  • You want Pictionary-style guessing: here nobody guesses, you compare drawings
  • You usually play with two: the box says 3 to 8 players, and it needs a crowd to shine
  • Your group hates arguing over whether two drawings count as the same answer

How Quick Draw plays

Set-up: give everyone a pencil and a sheet from the drawing pad, keep the score pad handy and shuffle the 150 question cards. The sand timer, the pencil tokens and the Double It tokens go in the middle.

  • Time to teach: about 5 minutes.
  • Reading and language: Someone reads out a short English question, such as 'What is loud?', and everyone answers by drawing, so nobody needs to write. The questions are easy to translate aloud for grandparents or younger children. We found no Hindi or regional-language edition.

The full explanation: how a game of Quick Draw goes

A round: turn over a question card, such as 'What is loud?', and start the timer. Everyone has 30 seconds to draw their own answer, say a drum or a firecracker, and the first player to finish wins a pencil token. Then show the drawings: every answer that nobody else drew scores 1 point, and players who drew the same thing score nothing.

Double It: if you are sure nobody else will think of your idea, take a chance with a Double It token. A unique answer then scores 2 points, but a matched one costs you 2. The box says creative answers count as long as most of the group agrees, so expect friendly debates over whether a drum and a dhol are the same answer.

Winning: Binca's box back says the player with the most points after 15 rounds wins, with every 2 pencil tokens worth 1 point at the end (Binca's web page says 10 rounds and a point per pencil token, so agree first). How it differs from Pictionary: there are no teams and no guessing; everyone draws an answer to the same question at once, and the skill is thinking of what nobody else will draw.

About the editions

Quick Draw is Binca Games' own game, and Binca is an Indian games company based in Mumbai; the box label says Made in India, so there is no imported version to look for. Binca's own how-to-play video points buyers to the same Amazon.in listing we link. Our Amazon.in link goes to Binca's Quick Draw box.

Before you choose

  • The box and the listing should carry the Binca name and the Quick Draw title
  • Inside: 150 question cards, 15 pencil tokens, 4 Double It tokens, 8 pencils, a sand timer, a drawing pad, a score pad and a rules sheet
  • The box is square, about 28.5 x 28.4 x 5 cm, and says 3 to 8 players and 8 and up
  • Other drawing games with similar names are different games; check that the listing names Binca

What reviewers and players say

We found no independent reviews or forum threads about Quick Draw; Binca's own how-to-play video (March 2026) is the main explanation outside the box. On paper it is a gentle drawing game for mixed ages: there is no guessing and no drawing a set word for a team, so a child who draws slowly is not letting anyone down. The fun lies in comparing drawings and arguing over whether two of them count as the same answer. Agree the number of rounds and the pencil-token rule first, because Binca's box and web page differ.

What people love

  • Everyone draws at once, so nobody sits out
  • No guessing against the clock, which suits children who draw slowly
  • 150 question cards for plenty of rounds
  • Double It tokens add a small gamble for confident players

Common complaints

  • No independent reviews yet, so it's hard to judge how long it stays fresh
  • Deciding whether two drawings are 'the same' can start arguments
  • Binca's box and web page disagree on the number of rounds and how pencil tokens score

Questions people ask about Quick Draw

How do you play Quick Draw?

Turn over a question card and everyone has 30 seconds to draw an answer. Drawings that nobody else matched score a point, matched ones score nothing, and the first to finish wins a pencil token. After 15 rounds, according to the box, the player with the most points wins.

How is Quick Draw different from Pictionary?

In Pictionary one player draws a given word while teammates race to guess it. In Quick Draw nobody guesses and there are no teams: everyone draws their own answer to the same question at once, and you score for drawings nobody else made. Both are drawing games, but they play very differently.

Do you need to be good at drawing to play Quick Draw?

No. A drawing only needs to show the group what you meant, and points come from having a different idea, not a beautiful picture. That makes it friendlier than most drawing games for children who draw slowly.

What age is Quick Draw for, and how many can play?

Binca says 3 to 8 players aged 8 and up. It should be at its best with five or more, when matching answers start to happen; with three, most answers will be unique.

Who makes Quick Draw, and why is it also called Fletter Quick Draw?

Binca Games, a Mumbai-based games company, makes it. Binca sells it as Quick Draw, and some of its product text calls it 'Binca Fletter Quick Draw' after its word game Fletter, but Quick Draw is a drawing game. The label on the box back says Made in India.
